    Unable to read any vehicle vins after recent updates

    For this case, there might be several reasons below:
    1. Please check the main cable and change another one to have a try;
    2. The updates are not downloaded completely. Please go to Maixsys->Data Manager-> Apps to uninstall, then re-download to have a try.

    If it is not the above two reason, please send email to support@autel.com with your serial No.
